Judges deadline is May 8, 2009. Please evaluate each nomination by this deadline.
- The entry will be judged on its thoroughness and completeness. The size of entry does not influence how the entry is judged.
- The entry will be judged on how each solution benefits the customer or ultimate end user. Pay special attention to the customer references.
- Nominations submitted by Value Nets (i.e., teams) of IBM Business Partner companies are desirable and will be considered more favorably than equivalent nominations from a single company.
- Nominations with more than one customer reference (up to a maximum of three) will be considered more favorably than nominations with only one customer reference.
- Entries will be considered based upon innovation, uniqueness, repeatability and the inclusion of current IBM products, services and program offerings. IBM program offerings may include education, number of certifications, purchase of a PartnerWorld Value Package, co-marketing, campaigns, lead generation, etc.
- Each category will have three finalists (including the winner). In the event of a tie for winner, the decision will be handed over to a third party judge (IBM or industry expert of IBM's choosing). If no decision can be reached, the category will have two winners and one finalist. All winners and finalists must be IBM Business Partners.
- Completed entries must include a detailed paragraph description of the winning product or solution, full rights for IBM and Press to use, publish, and/or disclose these submissions in any way it sees fit, including allowing others to do any or all of the foregoing. The names of all finalists and winners will be announced in second quarter of 2009.
Note: Judges will not be compensated for their services or for any expenses incurred (except for any expenses directly attributable to the award judging, and which have been approved in advance and in writing by an authorized IBM representative). IBM’s decisions are final. IBM reserves the right to modify or eliminate categories and the stated procedures and/or criteria in whole or in part at any time without notice.
