Receive on-site implementation assistance for critical engagements involving complex implementation of an IBM product solution.

IBM Premier Business Partners who have purchased the Value Package are eligible for on-site solution implementation assistance for critical engagements, where revenue involved is greater than $250,000 USD (or equivalent local currency). This support can be at the customer or IBM Business Partner location. IBM Premier Business Partners are expected to have a current support contract or use the customer’s support license agreement to initiate a normal support call and open a problem record where applicable. Other PartnerWorld remote technical support options such as Integration and Implementation support should be exercised first.
