We have developed this document to help you leverage your IBM Business Partner relationship with your customers. This pre-publication checklist is intended to ensure proper use of the IBM Business Partner emblems and serve as a guide to assisting in the development of your communications materials.
You must ensure that:
You have followed the specific guidelines and used the artwork for the IBM Business Partner emblem presented in this document.
Your company's logo appears more prominently than the IBM Business Partner emblem.
All statements are accurate, complete and verifiable.
Trademark notices appear wherever you use IBM trademarks (except as illustrated).
The proper and complete name of an IBM product has been used in the first or most prominent reference to the product.
You do not use the emblem more than once on each ad or on each page.
Your materials are clearly perceived as communications from your company and not from IBM.
You do not reference IBM products and services for which you are not authorized.
You do not disparage IBM or competitive products or services.
If you reference IBM products and non-IBM products together, the IBM content must be at least equal in size to other brands.
You do not use any IBM trademark, service or product name in a telephone number that will be promoted using alphabetic rather than numeric characters, or in a
domain name, URL or e-mail address.
