· Pre-publication checklist

We have developed this document to help you leverage your IBM Business Partner relationship with your customers. This pre-publication checklist is intended to ensure proper use of the IBM Business Partner emblems and serve as a guide to assisting in the development of your communications materials.

You must ensure that:
  • You have followed the specific guidelines and used the artwork for the IBM Business Partner emblem presented in this document.
  • Your company's logo appears more prominently than the IBM Business Partner emblem.
  • All statements are accurate, complete and verifiable.
  • Trademark notices appear wherever you use IBM trademarks (except as illustrated).
  • The proper and complete name of an IBM product has been used in the first or most prominent reference to the product.
  • You do not use the emblem more than once on each ad or on each page.
  • Your materials are clearly perceived as communications from your company and not from IBM.
  • You do not reference IBM products and services for which you are not authorized.
  • You do not disparage IBM or competitive products or services.
  • If you reference IBM products and non-IBM products together, the IBM content must be at least equal in size to other brands.
  • You do not use any IBM trademark, service or product name in a telephone number that will be promoted using alphabetic rather than numeric characters, or in a domain name, URL or e-mail address.
