1. Your logo
   Your company's logo should be the primary identity in your communications.

2. Text reference to IBM trademarks
   IBM requires you to footnote a trademark reference on all collateral materials. This may be included with other legal text within the document, or on the back cover. More information regarding specific trademark language.

3. Emblem usage
   Do not create equal emphasis in size or placement of the emblem with your company's identity.

   Do not place the emblem on an uneven, patterned or highly reflective background. These backgrounds obscure the legibility of the emblem.
