The IBM logotype enjoys widespread recognition. In order
to preserve the value of this recognition and legal trademark status for
us as well as for you, the IBM Business Partner emblems, which contain
the IBM logotype itself, should not be altered.
The IBM Business Partner emblems presented in this
guideline replace all IBM Business Partner emblems and designations
previously in use. Do not use old
versions of the Business Partner emblem.
Do not add Business Partner designations to the emblem. Customers
have explicitly told us that additional designations appended to
the emblem are not particularly relevant to them and may be confusing.
For guidelines on the use of the Premier and Advanced Business Partner
names, see Elements: Emblems.
Do not alter the colors of the emblem.
Do not switch the colors of the emblem.
Do not add taglines to the emblem.
Do not create a joint identity using your company logo and the
emblem.
Do not place the emblem on an angle.
Do not print the emblem on a color that is the same or close to
that of the emblem.
Do not allow printed background colors to show through the emblem.
The IBM logotype and the inside of the Business Partner box should
always appear white.
Do not recreate the emblem using different typefaces.
Do not change the size of the elements within the emblem.
Do not alter the line weights of the low-resolution printing emblem.
Do not create three-dimensional versions of the emblem.
