Authorized products can only be acquired through those IBM Business Partners who have been authorized by IBM. Authorized IBM Business Partners will have demonstrated advanced skills through certifications and approved solutions. Authorization will help ensure that clients get the right solution, reduce the risk inherent in any deployment, and increase client return on investment.
A select portion of the Authorized portfolio will continue to be offered via Software ValueNet which was designed to facilitate the transition of certain acquisition Business Partners into IBM. Software ValueNet includes IBM Cognos®, IBM FileNet®, IBM InfoSphere™ and IBM Optim® software.
