As a new Business Partner, once you apply to and register on PartnerWorld Web site, you gain access to the PartnerWorld entitled Web site and the PartnerWorld Profiling System (PPS). Here you can begin the procedure of joining the program by creating a Worldwide enterprise profile.
Selecting "Yes" automatically accept contacts who self-associate with this company option
In this case, the APA will receive an e-mail confirming employee's association. Alternatively
Selecting "No" will require the APA to approve each submitted self association and assign an access level to each employee
The APA will receive notification under Actions requiring attention on the PartnerWorld profile page, once the self association is completed by the employee at the location.
Existing Business Partners already with a profile in PPS will automatically be able to view their details upon entering PPS.
Navigation
To apply to join the PartnerWorld program:
Select "Apply to join the PartnerWorld program" from the PartnerWorld profile page
Select "Create a Worldwide enterprise"
Select a country of residence
Accept the PartnerWorld agreement by clicking on "I Agree"
Enter the required information as prompted on the new screen
Select the "Next" button on each page after filling in the required information
Select "Save" on the final page to complete the creation of the Worldwide enterprise
You will then be taken to a confirmation page and given a confirmation number and be prompted to retain the number for future inquiries about the transaction
Checklist
As you apply to join the PartnerWorld program, you will be asked for information, some being mandatory. The system will not save or submit any application with incomplete required fields. Please be prepared to:
Sign the PartnerWorld agreement
Provide company full legal name
Provide company URL
Provide business model¹ and business model products
Decide whether you wish this information to be published to other Business
Partners and/or customers (yes or no)
Provide information on industries where your company does business
Provide complete address with city, country, state/province and zip/postal
code
Provide employee name who will be the Primary Relationship Contact
Provide employee e-mail address
Provide language preference
Provide job function
¹Business model identifies the primary business that describes how the
company operates. If more than one business model applies, multiple types can
be selected. In addition, you will be asked to select at least one business
model brand. This information is important, since it will be used on the PartnerWorld
Web site when you sign in to display the PartnerWorld offerings most relevant
to your business model(s).
