for each company by country in a Worldwide enterprise:

Country enterprise ID
Country
PartnerWorld benefit level
PartnerWorld status
A list is displayed if there are fifteen or fewer country enterprises or, you
will be able to search if there are more than fifteen country enterprises shown.
