The "Employee" page contains information about an individual employee at a location. In the employee summary table on this page you will be able to view the employee’s name, country of residence, e-mail, status and profile access within the PartnerWorld Profiling System.
The employee information is especially important as it defines how and whether employees are able to access their own profiles or the company’s profile in the future. It may also determine the employee’s ability to view entitled content on the PartnerWorld Web site. Any unique address, phone, fax or e-mail can be specified for the employee.
The employee information also shows the individual’s candidate ID as applicable to those individuals that have IBM certifications. The candidate ID will cause the employee’s certifications to be brought into the profile and will generate points for the company towards attaining a PartnerWorld level.
Navigation
You can navigate an employee profile by:
Selecting an employee profile from the PartnerWorld Profile home page
Selecting "Employee" from the left navigation bar and then select an employee profile from the "Select profile" section on the page.
Depending on the action you wish to take once you have selected an employee profile, you can select from:
Country of residence: allows you to view or edit the country of residence for the employee
General information: allows you to view or edit the profile summary for the employee
Communication preferences: allows you to set your preferences, including whether and how you want to receive IBM PartnerWorld communications
Skills and certifications: allows you to update information on skills and certifications held by the employee
Access roles: allows you to select the profile access for the employee
AITP Instructor Program: allows employees who are instructors within the Authorized Independent Training Provider program to specify their skill and the courses
which they are authorized to teach
