Software Reseller Authorization is for IBM Business Partners who continuously invest in and successfully apply their skills. These Business Partners can participate in the resell of a subset of the IBM Software portfolio. This option requires that Business Partners meet specific requirements, sign an agreement, and be approved by the Reseller Authorization group.
From this page, you can apply to remarket particular groups of IBM products. (A subset of the IBM Software portfolio will continue to be offered through the open distribution model or via Software ValueNet.)

To view a list of country enterprises that have and have not yet applied for Software Reseller Authorization:
Select the "Software Reseller Authorization" link.
A list of country enterprises that have and have not yet applied for Software Reseller Authorization will be displayed in this screen.
To apply:
Select a link for the desired country enterprise for which you wish to apply.
Click on the "I Agree" link to advance to the Software Reseller Authorization form.
Input the required information on the form.
Click "Save" to complete and submit the form.
You will be taken to a confirmation page and given a confirmation number.
